SPATE PUMP

The Spate with a Sauer Danfoss hydraulic

motor is built on its own easily movable aluminium frame.

The Spate is an automatic prime and reprime, high speed

reciprocating, induced flow, diaphragm pump, able to run

'dry' of pumped liquids for prolonged periods without internal

damage.

The unique design of the Spate makes it the perfect

pump for the control of oil pollution. It is world renowned for

its suitability on all oil recovery applications and works in

conjunction with a wide variety of skimmers and

recovery systems.

The Spate handles dirty water, slurries, light and heavy oils,

petroleum industry products, including same of the more

viscous liquids, at a high, non turbulent flow rate. It is also

well suited to a variety of demanding site conditions.

The Spate is renowned for its adaptability to all types

of oil recovery operations. It is manufactured of lightweight

sea water resistant aluminum, and is available with various

oil resistant rubber components to ensure a continuous and

trouble-free performance, even in the most difficult

conditions.

The Spate features characteristics such as automatic

self-priming and indefinite dry running. Its superb air handling

capabilities and double diaphragm induced flow design

guarantee a rapid and reliable response that is highly valued

in the oil recovery industry.

It is equipped with a is a 2 1/2" or 3" suction and 2 1/2" or 3"

inch discharge connections. This suction type pump is

extremely efficient in use to pump oils and other materials

approx. upto 5,000 cSt.
